# Deal or No Deal (dond.win)

> dond.win is an online Deal or No Deal game played for real crypto (USDT or USDC) or for free with play money. It keeps the TV-show loop — pick a case, open the others, decide after every Banker offer — and every round is provably fair: the server commits to a SHA-256 hash of its seed before you pick, your own client seed is mixed into the shuffle, and both seeds are revealed at the end so anyone can recompute the layout.

- Banker offer: the average of the remaining prizes times a published discount factor that rises as more cases are opened.
