Verify a round

Paste the server seed and client seed shown at the end of any Deal or No Deal round on dond.win. This page recomputes the SHA-256 commitment and the full 25-case layout in your browser. No data is sent anywhere.

Algorithm

1. commitment = SHA-256(utf8(serverSeed)), hex
2. block[i] = HMAC-SHA256(key = serverSeed, msg = clientSeed + ":" + i), i = 0, 1, 2 …
3. Each block yields 8 big-endian uint32 values; r = value / 2^32.
4. Fisher-Yates over the fixed 25-prize ladder: for i from 24 down to 1, j = floor(r × (i + 1)), swap ladder[i] and ladder[j]. Case k gets ladder[k].
